Our Bespoke Gown Rental Process

1. Your First Consultation (Free & No Strings Attached)

Step into our studio for a relaxed, complimentary consultation. This is where we get to know you, your style, your vision, your story. We’ll walk you through our process, showcase past designs, and answer any questions you have. No pressure, just possibilities. Nervous about what to expect? Our guide to your first gown consultation can help you feel more prepared and excited.

2. Booking, Measurements & Design Chat

If you feel we’re the right fit, a 50% deposit secures your booking. We’ll take detailed body measurements and start the creative process, exploring fabrics, silhouettes, and all the little things that make a gown feel uniquely yours.

3. Mock-up Fitting

We’ll create a mock-up version of your gown based on your measurements. The purpose of this trial piece helps us shape and tweak the design to fit your body perfectly before we touch any of the actual fabrics.

4. Refinements & Adjustments

Based on your feedback, we make all the necessary adjustments until everything feels just right, not only visually, but also in comfort and flow. Don't be shy to share your honest opinions with us. 

5. Finalising the Fabrics

Together, we’ll handpick your dream fabrics. Or if you prefer, leave it to us, we’ll source premium-quality materials that align with your design and budget while ensuring a luxurious finish.

6. Crafting Your Gown

We’ll begin tailoring your rental gown with the same love and detail as we would for a bespoke purchase. A fabric fitting will follow, allowing us to perfect the silhouette and comfort.

7. Final Fitting & Finishing Touches

During the final fitting, we’ll adjust the gown’s length and finish every detail so it fits to perfection. You’ll also get the chance to practise walking in it, ensuring you glide down the aisle with elegance and ease.

8. Easy Return

Once the celebrations are over, simply return your gown at a time that works for you. If you can’t make it to us, no worries, we can arrange a courier pick-up for your convenience (additional courier cost may apply).

The entire process typically takes 4 to 6 months. For shorter timelines, we recommend contacting us early to discuss expedited options.

You’ll usually need 3 to 5 fittings. The first fitting involves a mock-up to perfect the fit, and subsequent fittings refine the design and incorporate the actual fabric.
